The Camelwood Alpaca "Stars" (as in Hollywood stars, thus their famous names) and their Great Pyrenees, Ricky Nelson and Sandra Dee, share the farm with their trained humans, rescued horses and ponies, rescued dogs, and numerous chickens and guineas. We are trusted friends.The set of the alpaca stars has relocated to Waverly in deep Southern Georgia about 7 miles west of I-95, just south of Brunswick and the Golden Isles of Georgia.Camelwood Alpaca Stars can “take the heat" proving their adaptability to warmer climates. They are often seen lulling around on a hot summer day cushed in front of fans on cool cement or just stretched out under big shade trees in the warm, summer breeze. Show them a treat between shoots, though, and they will greet, pose for pictures, kiss, and enjoy their adoring fans.Breeding at Camelwood is focused on healthy confirmation, pleasant disposition, and marketable fiber.
